Clearwater Development & Restoration was founded right here in Melbourne, Florida — not in a corporate office somewhere else, but on the job sites and neighborhoods we all know and love. We started with a simple belief: that the people building your home should be your neighbors, not strangers passing through.
We are a Full-service construction and restoration company, taking on everything from bathroom remodels and new front doors to ground-up custom homes and post-hurricane rebuilds. Our approach — show up, don't cut corners, and stand behind our work.
